Role Summary: As a Financial Reporting Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity of financial information. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of finance within the Reporting Team, including preparation of high-quality consolidated Group accounts, overseeing subsidiary financial statements, and implementing robust control environments.There will also be an element of non-Financial Reporting to the role, with ESG high on the agenda for this team. Skills and Experience:Audit background preferred, either with exposure to FS clients or post-qualified experience in Financial Services. Experience in preparing audited financial statements under UK GAAP or IFRS advantageous.Strong technical accounting skills and familiarity with financial reporting standards.Proven track record of process improvement and stakeholder value addition.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.Qualified Accountant preferred.Competencies:Strong analytical skills with a sound judgment in a regulated environment.Continuous learning and adaptation to emerging business trends.Personal drive, motivation, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Client-focused approach with a keen eye for business needs.Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset.Excellent role with a business that will be able to provide long term career progression to ambitious accountants Apply now or get in touch for more info
