Job DescriptionOversee the preparation of financial reports and statements.Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.Prepare statutory accounts for all legal entities.Collaborate with the FP&A Team.Work with auditors and tax consultants for the group.Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial data.Implement and maintain financial reporting systems and processes.Coordinate with other departments to ensure accuracy of financial data.Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities. The Successful ApplicantBig 4 trained qualified ACA, ACCA accountant.Extensive knowledge of UK GAAP, US GAAP and SOX.Excellent analytical and Excel skills.Strong written & verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently, use initiative and meet deadlines.
