About the Business
An opportunity to be a Financial Reporting Manager for an excellent service business near Sutton Coldfield. The business is part of a multi-£billion group which operates globally. The company are growing, have a large finance function to be a part of, and really look after their staff!
Main Duties:
As a Financial Reporting Manager, your main duties include:
- Be a key part of the business reporting function
- Processing and reviewing month-end posting
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Production and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports on ROI
- Preparation of statutory group accounts
- Working with auditors and tax consultants to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Review of quarterly VAT returns
- Working with the FP&A team to produce accurate budgets
- Ad hoc duties as required
Location / Office / Culture
The role is hybrid, with two or three days a week in the office and the rest at home.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- ACA or ACCA qualifications
- Experience with FMCG, logistics, technology or a multisite businesses
- An ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in managing a team
