Financial Regulation Associate (Elite US/ Cravath Scale)

We are currently mandated on a search for a leading US law firm who are looking for an Associate to join their leading Financial Regulation practice.
The opportunity
The team advise on all aspects of regulation with clients across the retail and wholesale financial services sector, advising a broad range of clients including all types of banks, FinTech companies, payment institutions, MIFID investment firms, fiat and crypto trading venues, energy trading companies and insurers.
The partners have particular expertise in advising clients on the cross-border offering of products and services in relation to the use of national private placement regimes. As well as, advising clients on complex contentious financial services matters including regulatory investigations and disputes.
Key requirements
Qualified lawyer 1-5 PQE (UK, common law and US qualified applicants welcome).
Knowledge of the overall regulatory landscape and a good understanding of upcoming regulatory reforms.
Ability to work with a degree of independence.
Exceptional drafting skills and legal research ability.
