Job Description
The Role:
As a Financial Promotions Officer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and approving all promotional and advertising materials used by 2plan Financial Advisers. This encompasses a broad range of products including Investments, Pensions, Protection, Mortgages, and General Insurance.
The benefits:
Salary - up to £30-45k DOE and quals
1 Day a week in the office and more if you prefer
Support for further qualifications
Bonus scheme - on-target bonus – 7.5%
Pension scheme - contribute up to 5% of your salary and Openwork will match you and put in an extra 5% (up to 15%)

Income protection - 1x salary
Death in service - 4x salary
25 days holiday + bank holidays, with the opportunity to buy up to an additional 10 days.

Key Responsibilities:
Reviewing various advertising and promotional materials such as stationery, business cards, and websites.
the financial promotions for 2plan advisers, including newsletters, online applications, and social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter.
all communications comply with regulatory standards.
professional relationships both internally and with external stakeholders.
What You’ll Need:
minimum of 2 years experience in a financial services organisation, ideally with a Level 4 Diploma or working towards.
knowledge of COBS, ICOB, and MCOB regulations, marketing rules, TCF, Data Protection, FCA, and Anti Money Laundering requirements.
organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects.
