Job DescriptionFinance Planning and Analysis Manager We are partnered with a dynamic and impactful charity dedicated to improving Health Globally.Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Finance Business Partner. The Finance Business Partner will play a pivotal role in supporting the Charity's financial management and strategic decision-making processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to their mission and drive positive change.Key Responsibilities:Act as a strategic advisor to senior management, providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making.Collaborate with program managers to develop and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to identify risks and opportunities, and recommend appropriate actions.Lead the preparation of financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, including the Board of Directors.Establish and maintain effective financial controls and procedures to safeguard organizational assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Support grant management activities, including budget development, reporting, and compliance monitoring.Drive process improvements and efficiency gains within the finance function, leveraging technology and best practices.Foster a culture of financial accountability and transparency across the organization.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the non profit sector.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights effectively.Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel.
