We are looking for an FP&A Manager who can tick the following boxes.
If you are currently working as an FP&A Analyst, Finance Business Partner or Finance Manager then this could be the perfect step up in your career.
Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
Strong commercial and FP&A experience.
Advanced Excel & Modelling Skills
Stable and progressive career to date.
Aspirations to develop into Head of Finance Quickly.

Based near Hook (2-3 days a week in office). This role would suit a very bright and hands on Analyst who wants to help deliver world-class reporting and commercial support.

The Role
This role sits in their Head Office and will have a global and multi-divisional remit.
The successful FP&A Manager will be reporting into an exceptional leader and will oversee the following
Build financial models to support world-class analysis and business partnering.
Lead all business case analysis, strategic planning and scenario analysis.
Help support on capital planning and headcount analysis.
Support the annual budget & long-term financial planning process.
Build templates to drive consistent reporting across the group.
Support the head of group FP&A with ad hoc projects.
Act as a true finance business partner.
Help with group reporting around budgets, planning and forecasts.
Present analysis to the CFO and Senior Leadership Team.
As you will see this is a really varied and challenging role working with a very bright leadership team.

We are looking for an innovative FP&A leader who can deliver a best in class service.
Being able to work two / three days a week near Hook is key.
