FP&A Analyst
Salary:
£65,000 (DOE) + Benefits – Hybrid working, On-Site Parking, Electric Car Scheme

Sellick Partnership has been engaged on an exclusive basis, to recruit a FP&A Analyst for a well-established growing business based in the Blackpool area. The company has gone through a sustained period of growth in recent times and as a result the finance team has expanded resulting in a new opening.
This FP&A Analyst opportunity would be perfect for someone who is looking for a role within a busy finance department. The FP&A Analyst would be responsible for providing senior management with the financial analysis and information they need to make operational, financial, and strategic decisions. The FP&A Analyst will play a key role in improving both the short- and long-term planning to drive business success.
Responsibilities include:
Developing financial models to support planning and forecasting
Presenting recommendations to management and stakeholders
Assist in analysing results: monitoring variances, identifying trends and recommending actions to management
Analysis of key KPI’s including sales reporting, payments and supply chain targets
Highlighting attention areas and variances
Monitoring any ad-hoc requests and preparing reports for analysis
Other ad-hoc work
The ideal FP&A Analyst candidate will have;
Qualified or part qualified in a recognised professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA or ACA)
Experience in Supply Chain (desirable but not essential)
Experience of working in a group reporting function
Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
Strong IT knowledge with advanced Excel Skills – Power BI and SQL Programming
Excellent and engaging presentation skills
