Financial Planning & Analyst - Labour, Opex & Reporting OverviewFinancial Planning & Analyst- Labour, Opex & ReportingSalary: CompetitiveLocation: Runcorn, Liverpool (UK Headquarters)Swissport, a global leader in aviation services, is seeking a dedicated and self-motivated individual for a critical role within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing internal and group analysis and reporting packs for key stakeholders, owning the labour cost analysis on a monthly basis, providing analytical support, cost management, and value-added reporting.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Producing timely analysis for internal stakeholders as well as per Group requirements (SMR, Preflash, CEO Pack, 5 Maps, One offs).Serving as the single point of contact for labour cost analysis and reporting to support pay negotiations, month-end labour accruals/cost control, influence key stakeholders, and handle ad hoc requests.Supporting the UK&I Forecast and Budget process including system input and extract and creating Analysis packs.Analysing and understanding the operating expenses cost base and making recommendations on efficiencies/cost control recommendations.QualificationsSkills and Competencies:Ability to manage competing demands to tight deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills - ability to develop strong working relationships.Proficient with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and Financial Systems.Able to communicate effectively to different functions and all levels of the business.Strong attention to detail.Able to deal with ambiguity/partial information.Able to travel between Swissport sites with overnight stays as required.Experience/Education:Ideally, degree educated in a numerical or business-related subject.Qualified Accountant.Minimum 5 years' experience.Experience of a large, multi-site business.Experience of a low margin/high volume contract environment is desirable but not essential.This role requires a dedicated self-starter that can operate independently to drive performance improvements. The individual's performance will have a direct impact on the financial performance of business sectors and the region's EBIT performance.
