We aim for being the first to do the right thing at the right time.The FP&A Manager is responsible for providing senior management with the financial analysis and information they need to make operational, financial, and strategic decisions. The FP&A Manager will play a key role in improving both the short- and long-term planning to drive business success.Main responsibilities include:Create recommendations to be presented to management and stakeholders.Develop financial models to support planning, and forecasting.Reconcile existing transactions through cross-referencing of incoming and outgoing data.Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of financial instruments, market conditions, and trends.Analysis and monitoring of KPIs and metrics including sales reporting, payment, and supply chain targets.Collate and analyse information used for Group reporting requirements.Assist in analysing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.Reconciliation of flow through internal business systemsProviding an essential role in the company's annual budgeting processProductivity, utilisation, and capacity analysisCreating formats to highlight attention areas and variances.Monitor all ad-hoc requests and prepare appropriate reports for analysis.Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.Maintains technical knowledge by attending internal workshops.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Any other duties as assigned to fulfil the business needs.Experience/skills required:Qualified or part qualified in recognised Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)Proven FP&A experienceExcellent and engaging presentation skillsSelf-starter with excellent interpersonal communication skillsExperience of working in a fast-moving group reporting function.Continuous improvement mentality to constantly push the output forward.Creative problem solver with a willingness to be held to account.Desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing technology-driven culture.Must be proficient at analysing data, building, reporting, and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends.Strong IT knowledge with advanced Excel skills, Power Bi and SQL programming.Netsuite and Lucanet experience desirable.Help enable those who move goods to do good by contributing your skills and individual viewpoints in a highly collaborative, caring team environment.Körber Supply Chain Software better enables those who move goods to do good when we prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion.
