Financial Planner Pod Leader - Surrey, hybrid working
A great clients of ours is looking to add a
Financial Planner Pod Leader
to their team. They are a wealth management company with around 200 employees, going through a rapid period of growth.
Our client is looking for a Financial Planner Pod Leader to work on 75% on their own billings and
25% managing a team
of 6 direct reports. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who has strong experience in the field with some management experience.
The successful candidate will get an individual bonus for their own billings, a discretionary bonus for KPI focused targets hit, and even potentially a company discretionary bonus.
This is a
hybrid opportunity in their Surrey,
with 60% working from home (or if you would like to come in more, you are more than welcome!).
What are they looking for?
Must be a chartered financial planner
Must have experience managing direct reports (ideally other Financial Planners)
Must have clear communication
Passionate about helping others
