Pertemps has an exciting opportunity within Harrow Council for a self-driven and motivated Financial Assessment and Monitoring Officer. The role of Financial Assessment and Monitoring Officer has a competitive pay rate of � 19.77 Payee (negotiable based on experience). Overview of Financial Assessment and Monitoring Officer:
" The post holder is responsible for handling the client accounts. They will foster the relationship between the Local Authority, the client, and providers. These roles liaise frequently with the clients to support their well-being and understanding of the Adult Social Care (ASC) process.
" The Financial Assessment and Monitoring Officer (FAM) regular duties will include responsibility to sign post to the formal complaints process and advocacy support.
" Following the undertaking of a detailed assessment post holder will determine future course of action depending on the individual circumstances of the service user, which may include a deviation from standard procedures.
The successful candidate needs to have:
- Must have a driving license and a car.
- Great customer service
- Commit to onsite working for at least 2 months of their role.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent or has the equivalent relevant work experience.
