Job DescriptionDevelop and maintain complex financial models for investment appraisal and decision-making.Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.Work closely with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.Liaise with stakeholders to gather data for model inputs.Continually review and optimise financial models for efficiency and accuracy.Contribute to the preparation of business cases for property investments.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property finance market trends and regulations. The Successful ApplicantFully qualified accountant(ACCA,ACA,CIMA,ICAEW)Strong understanding and experience in Property Finance.Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis.Excellent numerical and analytically skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
