Job Details Financial ManagerLocation: FavershamPermanent Full TimeSalary: £35,000-£40,000Financial ManagerFaversham£35,000-£40,000KFull-Time Permanent and office basedAn incredible opportunity for an experienced management accounant has become available at our clients accountancy practice in Faversham. We do require someone with at least 5 years experience within a practice environment.Key Responsibilities as a Financial Manager:Training and analysing of Management AccountsAssessing and supervising the work of the junior teamProgressing and coaching of the junior teamOverseeing payroll reviewsMaintaining and update customer's accounting recordsAccurately prepare and review VAT ReturnsSupporting customers by enhancing their internal processes and practicesProviding provisional monetary controller assistance to our customers as requiredKey Requirements and skills:Skilled bookkeeping and preparation of VAT ReturnsGood understanding of VATGood effective communication skillsCapability to prepare management accounts, including KPI’s and cash flows.Excellent payroll experience and knowledgeExcellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skillsConfident meeting and working closely with consumers.Knowledge of Xero, Sage and Key accounts would be good.Ideally some with a AAT, ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualifiedExperience in industry as a financial accountant would be idealAn interest in farming, land and estates and renewables would also be desirableDisclaimer: Due to the high amount of interest that we receive for each of our roles, unfortunately we cannot respond to each application individually, therefore if you do not hear back from one of our consultants within 14 days then unfortunately you have not been shortlisted for this role.Closing date for applications: January 19, 2024Apply for this job Your full name
