Finance Director - South-East London - Private Equity backed Group
The Role:
The Finance Director will report into the MD of the recently acquired business, with dotted lines to Group Finance. The business was recently acquired as a vertical within a larger PE backed group, responsibilities will include implementation of finance systems, controls and process to align to group best practice.
The business has a national growth strategy with acquisitions targeted to grow revenues and organic growth via cross-sell opportunities within the group.
The business HQ will be in South-East London, the ability to travel to new acquisition sites and Central London Group HQ will be needed.
Profile:
An experienced Finance Controller with strong professional training background (top 10 practice firm) or Finance Director with exposure to acquisition integration, implementing systems, building a finance function and strong business partnering skills.
Exposure to a Private Equity backed environment would be highly advantageous.
