Financial Director

Finatal are representing a prestigious hotel brand which has received a sizeable investment from a private equity fund which has a strong precedent of success within the sector. The business is scaling beyond £40m t/o and (already highly profitable) is looking for a Finance Director who will lead a fresh approach to processes, controls, and the overall continued
professionalisation
of the business on its next phase of growth!This hire will have autonomy across all of finance, and will support commercial decision making, management information and KPI’s as well as providing and presenting analysis for the Board.The ResponsibilitiesOverall responsibility across a team of 10.Lead management reporting, KPI’s, tracking, planning, budgeting and forecasting.Improvement of processes and systems (Opera/Simphony)Lead on ad-hoc projects, for example modelling to support key decision making.Accurate and timely reporting on numbers, VAT and Corporate Tax returns.Partner cross functionally to support key decision making.Oversee the production of monthly management accounts.The Requirements5 + years’ experience within the hotel industryDemonstrable experience within a senior finance position (Group Financial Controller / Head of Finance / Finance Director)Able to be on site 4/5 days per week at the location in SurreySend me alerts about jobs like this.Please enter your email address to continue setting up an email alert for similar jobs to this one.
