Financial Crime Senior Manager

This role reports into the Group Head of Financial Crime and will be responsible for driving all aspects of the organisation's efforts to prevent and detect financial crime, such as money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions, bribery and fraud. You will also develop and implement enhancements to policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Are you passionate about fighting financial crime? If so, this role may be the one for you!Improving and developing Group financial crime policies and their implementation across the businessInterpreting and advising on all regulatory developments regarding financial crime complianceAdvising on the improvement of financial crime systems and controlsLeading the delivery of the annual financial crime risk assessmentCrafting and delivering technical financial crime training to first line of defence operational and business teamsOwning and leading on the delivery of key financial crime improvement projectsAdvising the business on risk appetite decisionsCollaborating closely and leading both internal and external auditors in matters related to financial crimeTo apply for this Financial Crime Senior Manager role, we are looking for someone that has at least 6 years within Financial Crime Prevention within the financial services industry in a 2nd line compliance role. We will also require the following:Knowledge of UK and EU financial crime regulationsExperience of designing and implementing effective financial crime control frameworksExperience of implementing policies and procedures covering multiple jurisdictionsExperience of conducting business-wide financial crime risk assessmentsAbility to provide training on problematical AML/CTF and Sanctions topicsComfortable working with dataExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsVisa is an EEO Employer.
