Join us as a Financial Crime Investigations Manager at NatWest BoxedDay-to-day, you’ll coach and support team members to manage financial crime risks while meeting agreed service levels across each of the financial crime pillarsYou’ll support the reporting of information to relevant stakeholdersWith significant exposure, you’ll act as the senior point of contact for the teamWhat you'll doAs a Financial Crime Investigations Manager, you’ll lead a team to make sure that your business area fully understands the financial crime related risks associated with our customers. You’ll train and support the team appropriately and efficiently manage the workload.Your role will also involve:Initiating and driving forward medium sized, relatively complex improvements with minimum supportWorking with key stakeholders to make sure the financial crime systems and tools are effective and efficient in detecting potential financial crimeSupporting with the reporting of information to relevant stakeholdersInvesting in self-development, attending training sessions to be able to support the business area in the fight against financial crimeCommunicating clearly and with empathy both internally and externally with customers and other organisationsThe skills you'll needTo succeed in this role, you’ll need relevant experience in a financial-crime-related team, as well as experience of conducting investigations regarding customer behaviour and risk.You’ll also need:Excellent communication skillsGood attention to detail and excellent record keepingThe ability to work creatively and on multiple queries simultaneouslyStrong people management skills
