Grafton Banks Finance in Kent is recruiting a Financial Controller for a successful and growing cGBP20m revenue business near Canterbury. It's a varied role incorporating monthly management accounts production, reporting, forecasting, analysis, budgeting, payroll, systems, and process improvements and lots more. It has the potential to grow into a Finance Director role in the future. The post offers hybrid working with 2–3 days remote working per week.Managing a small team and reporting to the MD the role takes responsibility for:Monthly reporting and consolidations for several entitiesBalance sheet control and reconciliationsManagement of team of 6Cashflow forecastingBusiness partnering operations directors on budgets, spend and costsBudgeting and variance analysisPayrollVATProcess and systems improvementsBankingIt could suit someone with accountancy preparation experience looking for a move from practice into industry or someone with varied experience already in industry.
