Financial Controller

A commercial Financial Controller role for a firm founded 7 years, currently in scale-up mode, with growth, profits, and further fund-raising rounds coming in.This London business can tangibly demonstrate they are innovative, pioneering, ultimately developing a solution to a global environmental issue. The great news is, that they've proved the solution works and is presently being commercialised.Working in their London office, hybrid, as the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for managing one clerk, and ensuring all monthly accounting is accurately completed.Of even greater value, is that this person will be integral to financial modelling, analysing the data, helping the business to make information off the back of these models.We are looking for a qualified accountant, with a can-do attitude, somebody inquisitive, that can ultimately drive this role forward, whilst reporting into a part-time CFO.This Financial Controller role in London offers a blend of core accounting, mixed with strong elements of commercial & strategic support, and lining a career path that will ultimately become the Finance Director.EA First Ltd are acting as an Employment Agency for this permanent vacancy.
