Job Role: Financial ControllerLocation: Birmingham (Office Based)Salary: £60,000 - £70,000We are currently seeking a proactive and motivated Financial Controller to join our clients' finance team at their Birmingham Office.Responsibilities:Manage and develop the Finance Team to support OperationsConduct financial modellingEnsure all Accounting systems are up to date for timely year-end accounts submissionOversee cash flow and capital requirementsHandle inter-company submission of management accounts (8 working days month end)Manage inter companycash flowsProvide weekly contract performance reporting on margins and debtorsProcess payments with proper authorisationEnsure quality assurance and financial probityCollaborate with the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director on business strategyCompile and submit accounts to Companies HouseRequirements:Minimum 5 years of commercial experience, with desirable experienceProficiency in Exchequer, Sage 50, Sage Accounts ProductionExperience in non-audited accounts submissionExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication skills, both oral and writtenAbility to work to targets and take responsibilitySelf-motivated and hardworking with an enthusiastic approachReliable and dependable, committed to completing tasks efficientlyThis position is strictly office-basedThis is a great opportunity, so click the apply button now
