Responsibilities:
Provide accurate and timely management accounts and reporting packs, including KPIs.
Prepare year-end statutory accounts and manage the audit process.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Manage intercompany reconciliations and banking arrangements.
Ensure compliance with tax filings and oversee payroll processes.
Advise senior management on financial matters and drive business growth.
Maintain financial data integrity and systems security.
Support staff development through coaching and training.
Requirements:
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with post-qualification experience.
Healthcare sector experience would be beneficial.
Proficient in Excel and excellent communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Willingness to support the team in various areas as needed.
