Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual, capable of working independently within a fast paced and evolving environment. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for management of day to day accounting processes and month-end activities to tight deadlines across two operating entities. Overseeing the local relationship with transactional processing teams to ensure AR and AP run in a smooth manner. Maintaining and enhancing internal financial processes and controls. Develop and improve on new ways of working for a recently demerged business. Support the preparation and presentation of monthly reporting, the annual budget and quarterly reforecasts. Coordinating the annual audit process locally and liaise with external auditors and other statutory bodies. Work alongside the Finance Director to provide strategic insights to senior stakeholders and aid in effective business decision making. Qualifications: Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Strong technical accounting skills and proficiency in financial reporting and analysis. Ability to work in a fast-moving, dynamic environment while maintaining high-quality work with attention to detail. Track record of managing financial accounting and driving process improvement. Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively to non-finance stakeholders. Have strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships. Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP S4/Hana.
