Financial Controller

Financial Controller, Ipswich (hybrid) An innovative, large and ever expanding group are seeking a Financial Controller to oversee financial reporting and manage the finance team. Reporting to the Finance Director, the successful candidate will play a key role in achieving our financial objectives. Responsibilities of the role:
Produce key financial information for the group of companies, both for internal and external stakeholders.Support and challenge the Operations Management team to meet and exceed budgeted targets.Maintain robust financial controls within the organisation.Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team members.Prepare year-end statutory accounts and audit schedules.Develop annual budgets.Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements, including monthly submissions and audits.Travel to various office locations and sites as necessary. Requirements:
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).Proven track record in financial management with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to influence decisions and effectively manage relationships at all levels.Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team.Willingness to travel as part of the role.
