About Our Client Our client is a brilliant employer with a fantastic product.
Job DescriptionManage, motivate and lead the finance team.Develop finance reporting and create SMART KPI's.Attend seminars and maintain CPD to keep the company up to date with financial trends.Manage the finance section of the intranet.Production of monthly reports adhering to deadlines.Manage daily cashflow for three currencies and manage foreign exchange accounts.Complete VAT and year-end payroll return.Oversee annual audit.Prepare and maintain annual forecast/budget.Assist with the development and implementation of finance policies.Ensures company compliance with all legislative reporting.Manage payment of all annual licenses and subscriptions.Process payroll and pensions. Resolve any errors.To take on any other responsibilities or tasks that are within the employee's skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed. The Successful Applicant Essential:Solid experience managing a finance team.Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.Advanced IT skills using Microsoft Office applications.
