And as a Financial Controller, you'll be part of a team that's doing incredible things - for ourselves, for the built environment around us, and for a truly sustainable future.Your new roleBeing the first point of contact for any queries, or requests from the Finance Director, you'll be a team player and strategic thinker, keeping close control of costs and building sustainable relationships to drive customer satisfaction and business success. As Financial Controller you'll be responsible for:Preparation and review of monthly management accounts and ad hoc management information requirementsPreparation and review of monthly profit and cash forecastsPreparation and review of weekly cash forecastsCashflow managementPreparation and review of annual budgetsAttendance at monthly Contract Review and Board MeetingsEnsuring compliance within Robertson Management System.Ensuring Divisional IR35, VAT and CIS compliance.Approval of payments to supplier and subcontractorsAssistance in ad hoc projects across the wider construction group of companies.As Financial Controller you'll be a qualified financial accountant, have the ability to manage budgets, lead and motivate being able to build effective working relationships and influence others.
