Starting Salary: £62,900Job Type: PermanentLocation: Lancaster, with flexibility on work location where possible however some office attendance will be requiredContracted Hours: 35 hours per week - flexible working pattern to be agreed with the post-holder.We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Controller to join our team at The Ascentis Group. If you have significant experience in leading and managing budgets and can build good relationships with staff and senior management then we want to hear from you!About the roleIn this role, you will lead and manage the Finance and Estates services, ensuring ethical and efficient resource management. You will provide strategic guidance on finances to the Group CEO and Deputy CEO, maintaining high standards for resource use. Driving digital transformation, you will utilise Sage Intacct for effective financial operations. Your role will involve overseeing financial reporting, building strong internal and external relationships, and preparing comprehensive reports for the Board.Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the Group's cash position, overseeing banking arrangements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
