Job DescriptionOversee the accounting and finance function, ensuring efficient and accurate accounting operations.Monitor financial performance, reporting on key metrics and offering recommendations for improvement.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.Direct financial planning and strategy development.Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting and finance team.Provide financial analysis as needed, particularly for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance. The Successful Applicant A successful 'Financial Controller' should have:An educational background in finance (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc).Proven experience with stakeholder management..Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders.
