We’re offering a competitive base salary and quarterlyincentive scheme based bonusWhat you'll be doing:Providing financial advice to customers to sell protection productsManaging long term relationships with customers and ensure they treated fairlyBuilding strong relationships with the lead providers teamWorking flexibility around our customers’ needs and speaking to them when they are available; sometimes out of core office hoursEnsuring all appropriate information is shared with the customer and documented correctly Qualifications Who we're looking for:Someone with the drive and desire to move into a sales based role,CF1 qualification is a must for thisGreat attention to detail with strong time management, organisational and administrative skillsSomeone who can fully understand the customers needs and be able to give the best advice and experienceAn understanding of Protection products would be advantageous but not essential, this can all be taughtWhatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
