Financial Client Executive - WorthingOur client, based in Worthing, is looking for an experienced Financial Client Executive to join their team to help provide efficient administrative support to clients and senior members of staff. You will supporting several Financial Adviser's within the firm with administration for the financial planning clients which will involve co-ordinating with your adviser and completing a variety of tasks.Responsibilities:Arranging team meetings, client meetings and appointmentsManaging the post for your Adviser teamAdministering new client pensions, investment, and risk contractsEffectively liaising with product providers and partnersManaging and finalising client documentation from start to finishManaging and coordinating annual client reviews which includes production of valuationsProcessing investments, fund switches and sales documentation within defined service level agreementsReviewing and completing investment transactions ensuring accuracy in line with original instructionsDealing with client queriesEnsuring the back-office system is kept up to dateTo adhere to FCA regulations, internal policies and procedures at all times This role is integral to enabling a first-class service to our financial planning clients. Training is available to support ongoing personal and professional development.Essential CriteriaExperience of working in an office environment, preferably financial servicesFully conversant in Microsoft OfficeProven Microsoft Excel skillsGood communicator including digitally (camera's on)Attentive and methodical approachOrganised and able to prioritise effectivelyStrong customer focus Desirable CriteriaPrevious experience of working in financial servicesCertificate in Regulated Financial Services or equivalent professional financial services qualifications, either obtained or working towardsExperience of using CURO If you are interested in this position then please submit a copy of your CV to #####
