In this role, you'll leverage your financial expertise and analytical skills to play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making across the company.Responsibilities include:Build and maintain financial analysis tools using Power BI to integrate data across departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.).Ensure data accuracy through meticulous checks and reconciliations.Analyse financial data, identify trends and variances, and provide insights for senior stakeholders.Investigate and report on key financial issues for Financial and Operational leadership.Compile management reports focusing on benchmarking key performance indicators (KPIs).Track and report on both volumetric and non-financial information, including Group-specific KPIs.Assist with Group and Regional consolidations for financial reporting, adhering to IFRS standards.Identify cost-saving opportunities through standard KPIs and benchmarking across the Group.RequirementsACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent)Prior experience in a financial/business analyst role with a proven track record of detailed and insightful financial analysisStrong proficiency in Power BIAdvanced Excel skills is essentialExperience with Group consolidations is advantageousExcellent attention to detail and strong analytical , numerical, multi-tasking and problem-solving skillsExcellent problem-solving skillsAbility to develop strong working relationships with colleagues across various departmentsSound IFRS knowledge.BenefitsHybrid working.25 days holiday, plus bank holidays.State of the art office with fresh fruit, bean-to-cup coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice & avocado ice-cream.Free on-site parking.Company pension scheme with life insurance cover.Employee Assistance Plan with Medicash.Christmas hampers & a Christmas party.Sausage roll Thursday & pizza lunch days.We're an equal opportunity employer.
