Financial Analyst

Job Description
Vertex Associates are working with a leading property management company in their search for a Finance and Commercial Analyst on a 12 month FTC. The ideal candidate will be practice trained and 1-2 years industry experience.
Responsibilities
GAAP accounting of financial transactions
Generate and distribute periodic client report accurately and timely
Customise client reports according to specific client requirements and preferences
Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary data and ensure report accuracy
Analyse financial data to provide insights and trends in client reports
Communicate effectively with clients to address any inquiries or concerns regarding reports
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in client reporting
Maintain confidentiality and security of client information in all reporting activities
Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as requested as requested by clients or management
Utilise Excel or other financial software to create detailed models for various scenarios such as budgeting, and operational analysis.
Qualifications
Qualified Accountant - ACA/ACCA/CA
1 - 2 years industry experience
