Financial Analyst

Innovative Manufacturing Group based in Chichester, West Sussex, has an opportunity for a tenacious, driven Financial Analyst to undertake responsibility for the weekly and monthly management reporting for the Group.
What will the Financial Analyst role involve?

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the main responsibilities of the Financial Analyst role will involve:

• Preparation of the weekly financial performance report highlighting any key areas of variance to forecast;
• Production of monthly management information pack;
• Review of costs, overhead activities and revenue and profit by product;
• Liaise with key stakeholders throughout the business in understanding performance and supporting initiatives to improve business performance;
• Review of existing reports, implementing effective improvements where necessary.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:

• Applicants for the position will have previous experience of working within a similar position with a demonstrable track record of initiating and creating improvement projects and implementing positive change within an organisation;
• Exceptional communication skills will be required to undertake the role successfully as will Advanced capabilities within Excel.

• The role will be offered on a hybrid working basis with the successful applicant expected to attend the office 3 days a week.
