Find out more at activities (under the supervision of EMEA Project FP&A Manager)Projects financial reviews:Help to track, monitor project financials and to improve revenue recognition, margins, cashflow.Participate in monthly project reviews with Project execution team.Assist in completing the migration to a new ERP (Oracle)Ad hoc financial analysisMonth end close tasks:Participate in Projects Month end close tasks for EMEA legal entitiesProduce monthly reconciliations and ensure AVEVA rules/IFRS15 compliancyFinance Planning and Analysis / Reporting and dashboards:Improve and prepare monthly Projects dashboards to provide insightful financial and commercial analysis to leadership and management teamsActive participation in Projects Monthly forecasts: provide reports and consolidate EMEA Services forecast Ad hoc support on EMEA revenue forecast, ARR and other dashboards.SkillsFinance degree or equivalentExperience in Controlling, FP&A or Audit beneficialFluency in English - another European language is beneficialAdvanced skills in Excel, SAP and Oracle (Oracle Project Program Management is a plus)Excellent inter-personal and communication skills2+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting related rolesAutonomous, empathic, assertive, stress resistant and embracing changesAVEVA requires all successful applicants to undergo and pass a comprehensive background check before they start employment.
