We are currently recruiting for an expanding company who are looking for a Financial Administrator to join their busy team. The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a busy accounts department and have previous experience of using Xero accounting software. See below some of the duties and responsibilities.

* Responsible for one member of staff.

* Producing monthly management accounts.

* Manage all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.

* Producing monthly payroll for up to 15 staff.

* Year-end payroll duties.

* Overseeing the credit control function.

* Statement reconciliations.

* Bank reconciliations.

* Monthly budgets, and forecasts reports.

* Develop and implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

* Monitor cash flow.

* Quarterly VAT returns.

* Any other ad hoc duties.

Candidate experience required :

* Previous accounts experience in using Xero accounting software.

* Produced Management accounts.

* Qualified by experienced or AAT / CIMA qualifications.

Hours / Benefits

* Company uniform provided.

* 22 days holiday + bank holidays.

* Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm ( up to 37.5 hours per week ) they can accommodate reduced hours either 4 days a week or school hours.
