We are currently recruiting for an expanding company who are looking for a Financial�Administrator�to join their busy team. The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a busy accounts department and have previous experience of using Xero accounting software. See below some of the duties and responsibilities.




  • Responsible for one member of staff.

  • Producing monthly management accounts.

  • Manage all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.

  • Producing monthly payroll for up to 15 staff.

  • Year-end payroll duties.

  • Overseeing the credit control function.

  • Statement reconciliations.

  • Bank reconciliations.

  • Monthly budgets, and forecasts reports.

  • Develop and implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

  • Monitor cash flow.

  • Quarterly VAT returns.

  • Any other ad hoc duties.



Candidate experience required :




  • Previous accounts experience in using Xero accounting software.

  • Produced Management accounts.

  • Qualified by experienced or AAT / CIMA qualifications.



Hours / Benefits

  • Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm ( up to 37.5 hours per week ) they can accommodate reduced hours either 4 days a week or school hours.
