We are currently recruiting for an expanding company who are looking for a Financial�Administrator�to join their busy team. The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a busy accounts department and have previous experience of using Xero accounting software. See below some of the duties and responsibilities.
- Responsible for one member of staff.
- Producing monthly management accounts.
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.
- Producing monthly payroll for up to 15 staff.
- Year-end payroll duties.
- Overseeing the credit control function.
- Statement reconciliations.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Monthly budgets, and forecasts reports.
- Develop and implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Monitor cash flow.
- Quarterly VAT returns.
- Any other ad hoc duties.
Candidate experience required :
- Previous accounts experience in using Xero accounting software.
- Produced Management accounts.
- Qualified by experienced or AAT / CIMA qualifications.

- Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm ( up to 37.5 hours per week ) they can accommodate reduced hours either 4 days a week or school hours.
