Financial Accounting Manager

We are seeking a Financial Accounting Manager to oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.Client DetailsOur innovative and rapidly growing client based in East Kent have a substantial workforce and a commitment to delivering excellence in their sector.DescriptionManage and oversee all facets of the company's accounting operationsCoordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecastsPrepare and publish timely monthly financial statementsSupport month-end and year-end close processesEnsure quality control over financial transactions and financial reportingDevelop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controlsEnsure all statutory tax reporting requirements are accurate and paid to deadlinesCompile all other statutory requirementsOversee all Treasury managementProfileA successful Financial Accounting Manager should have:ACCA or ACA qualifiedTechnical knowledge of UK tax and statutory reporting requirementsSolid experience with financial analysis and forecastingThorough knowledge of accounting principles and proceduresExperience with creating financial statementsStrong levels of attention to detail and accuracy Excellent interpersonal and presenting skillsProficiency in MS Excel and other relevant accounting softwareJob OfferA competitive salary range of £65,000 - £70,000 per annumAn inclusive and friendly company culturePermanent, full-time positionOpportunity to work within a growing companyWe encourage all candidates who believe they could bring value to the role of Financial Accounting Manager to apply.
