Financial Accounting Manager (Central London)

Edward Mann is working with a well-respected FMCG brand based in the North West London area in the recruitment of a Financial Accountant/Finance Manager. This position would suit a candidate with well-rounded accounting experience.This position will include a mix of Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, and Business Partnering - we’re looking for prior experience in all areas.Responsibilities include:Management Accounting -Preparation of the management accounts pack, including commentary, processing journals, fixed asset register, balance sheet reconciliations.Financial Accounting/Audit- prepare statutory accounts and audit files for 3 business entitiesCompliance-VAT returns, ONS, P11Ds, etcBusiness Partnering- supporting multiple non-finance head office departments to manage their functions effectively within budget (HR, Marketing, Operations, etc)Cash Management -Update and review daily cashflow forecast, bank reconciliation reviews.Team Management -leading a team of 4, supporting with coaching and development.Candidate Spec:Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA, or equivalent)Experience in a similar level role, with experience in both Financial Accounting and Management AccountingExperience managing a small team is advatnageous but not essentialEdward Mann Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
