So, when you become part of our team, you also become part of the personal connection that strengthens the relationship people have with Xplor products.Job DescriptionProcess intercompany funding movements and chargesPreparation of journal entries, supporting schedules, general ledger reconciliations and analysis.Ensure month end reconciliations are complete and accurate within BlacklineAssist in analysing financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and income statement accountsWork with FP&A in understanding the financial performance and ensure aligned with knowledge of key business movements and respond to FP&A queriesPrepare the indirect tax returns (VAT/GST etc) and reconciliation of the returns to the ledger and to Netsuite tax reportsAssist in preparation of financial statements for local filingRespond to requests from external/internal auditorsPrepare the analysis of ledger activity for month end reportingAssist in the preparation of interim financial statements as required for company structuring/ approval of dividends/cash repatriation etcIdentify process improvement opportunities, develop potential solutionsQualificationsPart qualified AAT, ACCA, ACA, and CIMA or similarStrong controls bias and experienceGood analytical skills and ability to analyse issuesExperience in balance and cross system reconciliationsExperience in assisting in the preparation of statutory accountsExperience of assisting in responding to external audit requests to tight deadlinesThe tasks and responsibilities described here may be adapted to meet the needs of a changing organisation and therefore expected to evolve in line with the organisation.At Xplor, we believe that the best innovation and ideas happen at the intersections of our differences - people of diverse cultures, generations, disciplines, and lived experiences.
