Financial Accountant

Experienced Financial Accountant
required for a technology client with offices in the South of England. You must be UK based. The role is offered on a fully remote basis.
Duties
VAT returns for UK and foreign entities
Balance sheet reconciliations for all VAT & tax accounts in multiple entities
Corporate tax returns including UK RDEC claim
Preparation and consolidation of financials for UK statutory accounts
First point of contact of US, UK and foreign subsidiary audits
Providing guidance to team on policy/regulation changes and maintenance of policy documents
Management of global insurance policies and maintaining relationships with foreign brokers
Management of all foreign statutory submissions
Providing Adhoc reports for internal and external stakeholders
Experience
Must be used to reporting into a USA owned business
5 years of audit and tax experience
Good understanding of IRFS and US GAAP
Experience of working in a multi-currency, multi country operation
Experience working in the technology sector desirable
NetSuite would also be desirable
