Their commitment to driving digital transformation in healthcare reflects their dedication to improving patient outcomes on a global scale.DescriptionAs the Financial Accountant, you will assume a pivotal role in supporting the UK business by providing critical analysis, information, and controls to facilitate informed decision-making. Working closely with the CFO and Financial Controller, you will be responsible for maintaining balance sheet control and reporting. This will involve analysing financial performance, advising the CFO based on your findings, and implementing recommendations to achieve the most commercially advantageous outcomes for the business. Key responsibilities include:Providing shared service functions such as management reporting, monthly journal preparation, and general ledger reconciliations.Assisting in regulatory compliance activities as directed by the Financial Controller.Offering financial support and partnership where applicable to various business functions.Facilitating and preparing management reports and information for stakeholders.Undertaking financial analysis and special projects to support business planning.Conducting payroll analysis and reporting.Managing cash flow and forecasting.Ensuring robust financial controls are in place and adequate for the business's needs.ProfileHolds ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant), ACCA (Associate Chartered Certified Accountant), CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) qualification, or QBE (Qualified by Experience).Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is highly desirable.Our client values reflect our commitment to teamwork, making a difference, caring, constant evolution, and trust.
