If you like what you hear, then we'd love you to apply!We are recruiting for a Financial Accountant to join our Finance team based in Morley to complete ownership of a financial control environmentYou will be accountable for:Prepare weekly and periodic management accounts for review by senior management up to board levelProvide insight into the state of management accounts and make recommendations into forecastProactively seek opportunities to understand all accounts transactionsUnderstanding the requirements of data input to data extraction transactions that hit accountsAccount for claims from customersWorking with client dev teams to understandWork to ensure that the management accounts continue to develop and address the reporting needs of the Board and other senior managers.Assist in the design and implementation of transaction process improvement; flag anomaliesWorking with line manager and wider stakeholders to prioritise the improvement agendaSeek opportunities to improve controls a optimise manual processesAssist in writing the commentary for the weekly and periodic management accounts; andMaintain strong balance sheet control through monthly reconciliation of the entire balance sheet.To be successful you will have post qualified experience. You will be a strong and passionate leader as this role will have 2 graduates reporting into you therefore care and attention to lead and develop your team is key.
