Page Personnel are partnering with a successful business based in Poole who are looking for a Financial Accountant to join their accountancy team on a full time permanent basis.Client DetailsOur client is a successful business that has seen rapid growth over the past 12 months. They are based in Poole and do require travel to their offices but also offer a hybrid model of working.DescriptionAs the Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for:Review and reconcile all revenue streams monthly.Review and manage the aged debtor balances ensuring that the relevant people are chasing overdue balances in a timely manner.Preparation of weekly detailed cash flow reports for Group.Support the internal and external audits in relation to the revenue processes and procedures.Provide support to the Financial Controller and FP&A Accountant in relation to the quarterly forecasts and the annual budget.Provide cover for the Financial Controller.Identify, develop, and manage delivery of business improvement initiatives.Manage accounting and reconciliations for fuel and stock.Lead PCI compliance and ESG reporting and auditsUndertake projects and other ad-hoc duties.ProfileTo be successful for the Financial Accountant position, you must:Demonstrable commercial aptitudeContinuous improvement mentalityAbility to work autonomously as well as in a team environmentExcellent communicator with proven experience in engaging and influencing non-financial stakeholders.Proven experience in meeting fixed deadlines with a flexible approach to varying workloads.Advanced Excel skills and aptitude for learning systems quickly.Part, fully qualified or QBE accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA/CA) preferred.Knowledge of transport industry would be an advantage but not essential.Job OfferSalary £35,000 - £45,000
