Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join their team in Milton Keynes. This role offers an attractive salary range of £50,000 - £55,000 with a 10% bonus and great hybrid working. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Head Office reporting, taxation for two legal entities, and assisting in the preparation of statutory reporting. This position provides an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, offering the chance to make a significant impact on the company's financial operations.* Attractive salary of £50,000 - £55,000 with a 10% bonus* Opportunity to oversee Head Office reporting and taxation for two legal entities* Chance to work within a dynamic environment and make a significant impactWhat you'll do:As a Finance Manager, you will be at the heart of our client's financial operations:Provide cover and support for the Financial Controller when requiredReview all balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basisAssist in the projections reporting by providing timely actuals and commentariesCoordinate with the team to ensure all month end close activities are completed in line with the timetable and HQ deadlinesResponsible for the production and reporting of IFRS 9 and bad debt reporting to Head OfficeReport the buyback intercompany figures, liaising with Commercial Operations iBe one of the main contacts for the external quarterly and annual audit requirementsWhat you bring:The ideal candidate for this Finance Manager role brings a wealth of relevant business knowledge from previous roles, along with strong tax and VAT experience. You will be ACCA or CIMA qualified. Your leadership skills will shine through in your ability to guide and support your team, while your expertise in Excel and finance house systems will enable you to manage data effectively. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as is a keen eye for detail.
