Job DescriptionThe Consultancy Group are currently partnering with a Big 4 Consulting business in search of a Finance Transformation Director with a specialised focus on Order to Cash processes. As a key member of their finance transformation practice, you will play a crucial role in leading and delivering high-impact projects for their clients.Responsibilities:Order to Cash Transformation: Lead and oversee end-to-end Order to Cash transformation initiatives for clients, ensuring the alignment of processes with industry best practices and client objectives.Strategic Advisory: Provide strategic guidance to clients on optimizing Order to Cash processes, leveraging industry knowledge and best-in-class methodologies.Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and delivering tailored solutions to drive finance transformation.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Project Delivery: Manage the successful delivery of finance transformation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to ensure the successful outcome of client engagements.Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in finance transformation, contributing to the development of thought leadership materials and client insights.Requirements:ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Accountant or equivalentMinimum of 10 years of experience in finance transformation, with a focus on Order to Cash processes.Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale finance transformation projects within a consulting environment.In-depth knowledge of Order to Cash processes, including credit management, invoicing, collections, and cash application.Strong understanding of finance systems, ERP solutions, and emerging technologies in the finance space.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships at various organisational levels.Proven leadership experience, including managing and mentoring teams.
