Finance Transactions Services and Support ManagerThe OpportunityPermanentFull-time; 37.5 hours per weekThe salary range on offer is £38,000 to £40,000 per annumTrent College is a successful, selective day and boarding school where academic excellence, sporting achievement, musical accomplishment and participation in the arts are all highly prized.We are recruiting an enthusiastic team player to join our Finance team as Finance Transactions Services and Support Manager.We are looking for someone who has experience of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) roles who can lead our small ledger team; creating efficiencies through systems and processes to ensure that our ledgers are consistently up to date, accurate and able to deliver insightful reporting. The role involves line management of the team, as well as being ‘hands on’ in the day-to-day activities of the department.You will report to the Head of Finance who is looking to recruit an individual who is passionate about delivering excellent service to external and internal stakeholders.The successful candidate will be an effective line manager with a background that ideally includes both AP and AR experience. You will have knowledge of driving change and process improvements in a small team.
