Finance Systems Manager

A blue-chip, market leading group are looking for a Finance Systems Manager to take strategic ownership of their financial systems. Finance Systems Manager will take accountability for optimising and developing finance systems across the group and helping implement continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
the implementation of new systems within Finance or upgrades to existing systems (including our brand new ERP, D365 F&O).
the day-to-day operation and maintenance of finance systems in line with Finance Support Service Design
and support the finance super user network to understand improvement opportunities but also ensure any upgrades and new functionality is appropriately tested and deployed
collaboration with the Learning & Development team, develop and maintain user documentation, training materials, and FAQs to facilitate system adoption and proficiency
partnership with IT and alongside the Finance Leadership Team and CFO, support development of long-term strategic plans and roadmaps for the evolution of finance systems architecture and capabilities
partnership with the Central Data Governance function, establish and implement data management policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of financial data.
Requirements:
of implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in enterprise environments
of the Accounting, Finance, Purchase and Leases modules within D365 F&O
of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) for extending and integrating with D365 F&O
with related technologies such as SQL Server, Azure, and Microsoft Office 365.
