Finance Systems Manager, Watford, Hertfordshire
�85- �95kpa plus benefits
This role will be a key leader within the finance team, delivering an ERP Service to the Business. This includes business support, systems analysis, training, and implementation of new developments. This will be across P2P, O2C, R2R, Payroll, Procurement, Employee Expenses, Fixed Assets and Projects. Standardise and transform the systems to deliver key services and lead delivery of enhancements and projects in a timely right first time. Collaborate closely with business control to ensure end to end financial reporting performance and integrity.
Key Duties:-
* Lead day to day delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP services across the various instances, ensuring integrity and accuracy of information within the system.
* Front-line contact for issue resolution.
* Manage outsource partners to achieve business requirements.
* Holding Partners to account, including periodic reviews, contracts SLA and KPI management. Along with capacity management and disaster recovery planning in close collaboration with IT function.
* Communicating key plans, requirements, solutions, dependencies, risks and issues and ensuring resources to support delivery are available.
* Focus on change management and assessing and assisting in go live and post implementation activities.
* Identify opportunities for improvements and initiating activities from seeking approval to delivery.
* Ensuring month end services deliver at critical times for Finance as well as ERP services are available throughout the month.
* Key role within Finance, that will consolidate existing multiple finance systems into MD365.
* Be centre of knowledge for how things work from a systems and process across ERP, and other satellite systems.
* Managing systems owned by Finance within the, looking at opportunities to consolidate, remove duplication and improve the day-to-day experience of colleagues within the business.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of the above, especially exposure to implementing and managing MD365 in a Finance environment. You will be tenacious and focused on outcomes with quality and compliance high on the agenda. With a willingness to challenge the status quo and adopt innovative delivery mechanisms.
