Finance Systems Analyst

Working within the finance department, you will be part of a team providing technical support to the entire firm. Your main focus will be the firm’s practice management system (PMS) – “3e”, related fee earner tools, reporting systems and other finance systems (e.g. expenses system).You will also assist in managing queries via our online IT helpdesk functionality “Service Now”, offering advice, support and solutions to queries in relation to finance systems administration and activity.On occasion, such queries would also be escalated by you to our PMS/ third party/ system providers documenting and implementing fixes as appropriate.You will also provide immediate solutions to systems issues arising and liaising with other support teams to ensure their prompt resolution.
