Finance & Strategy Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Finance & Strategy Analyst. They will play a key role in financial and strategic planning, analysis and decision-making within the organisation. You will need to be able to understand the big picture, while also being unafraid to dive into the details and numbers, and have a solid understanding of P&L modeling. Experience with SQL preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the team in helping business leaders make better strategic decisions by enabling them through data and understanding of financial trade-offsCreate, update and maintain financial models, budgets and forecastsBuild out business reporting metrics and dashboardsPerform analysis of financial and operational drivers to craft our short and long term strategic planAutomate reporting and build insights using SQLAnalyze market trends, competitive landscape and industry benchmarks to assess market opportunitiesSkills and ExperiencesA degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, Math, Statistics, Economics, Accounting or other quantitative discipline1-2 years experience in investment banking, consulting or in finance at a high growth company considered a plus, but not requiredStrong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with strong modelling experienceAbility to work autonomouslyEnthusiasm and curiosity for conducting research and answering hard questions with dataProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with SQL preferred At this time we cannot offer visa sponsorship for this role and we cannot consider overseas applications.
Working Policy:
We have a hybrid policy that includes 2 days from our London office and 3 from home. If the role states it is either hybrid or remote candidates must be based within the UK.
